Record & Preserve Family Assets
- Sort contents according to intended destination; pack and prepare for transport
- Based on client objectives, categorize assets according to whether intended for family; own use (move to new place); give to others; sell; donate; trash/recycle
- If requested, photographic records and written details can be provided
- Items of extreme value should be removed by client prior to starting our work
- Reporting as required based on project objectives and budget
Project management success requires organization, coordination, communication and careful planning.
- Weekly work plans provided with goals outlined
- Family (free) labour welcome and encouraged but not required
A few carefully chosen furniture and decor items can update the look of the new residence. While storage and organizational items improve daily living functionality for the senior.
We can assist with shopping, whether in-person or virtual.
We also make the existing home ready for professional staging.
